TERMS OF SERVICE | AREU

By accessing or using AREU, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use AREU. These terms form a binding agreement between you and AREU B.V.
(2) Use of the service
AREU is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it to harm others.
(3) Accounts
To use certain features of AREU, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
(4) User content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to AREU. By submitting content, you grant AREU a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving AREU. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.
(5) Intellectual property
AREU, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AREU B.V. and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use AREU for personal use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our written permission.
(6) Subscriptions and in-app purchases
AREU may offer optional paid features through in-app purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and their terms apply to billing and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through your platform account settings.
(7) Disclaimer of warranties
AREU is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of AREU is at your own risk.
(8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AREU B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of AREU. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
(9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AREU at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using AREU and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
(10) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within AREU. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
(11) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or AREU will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
